How to merge PDF files without installing software
Sending five separate attachments is a good way to have one of them missed. Combining them into a single PDF keeps an application, a set of invoices or scanned pages together and in the right order. You do not need Acrobat or any program for this: a browser is enough.

- Open the Merge PDF tool and drop two or more PDF files into the upload area.
- Drag the files up or down until they are in the order you want. A dashed slot shows where each file will land.
- Click Merge PDFs.
- Download the single combined PDF.
When the order of single pages matters
Merge places whole files one after another. If you need to move a single page, remove a page or mix pages from different files, use Organize PDF instead: it shows every page of every file as a thumbnail that you can drag, rotate or delete before downloading.
Organize PDF can also cut the result into several files, which is handy when one scan contains several documents.
If one of the files is password-protected
A protected PDF cannot be merged as it is. Remove its password first with Unlock PDF, using the password you already have, then merge the unlocked copy.
